How do I book your 360 booth or digital photo booth?
Completely fill out the request form for a free quote. You will receive an email response within 24 hours letting you know if we are available and how much it would cost. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due up front to reserve your date and time. The deposit counts towards your grand total and the remaining balance is due the day before your event for us to show up and render services.

How does the 360 photo booth work?
Guests stand on the platform as the booth automatically rotates a camera around the platform that captures a slow motion video from all angles. Guests can then share their 360 experience instantly across all social media platforms.
How do guests receive their 360 videos?
Guests will receive their videos by going to our sharing station and scanning the barcodes with their smart phones to retrieve their videos. Our sharing station has a built-in software solution that enables guests to instantly receive and share their videos to social media without the need for internet.
How many people can fit on the 360 photo booth platform?
Our 360 photo booth can hold up to 4 people at a time.
How much space does the 360 photo booth or digital photo booth require?
The minimum space required is 15 ft X 15 ft for EACH booth. Please ensure that you are giving us ample amount of space for us to set up all of our equipment such as lights, stanchions, tables, 360 TV, etc.
Power Requirements?
We need to be near at least 2 wall outlets or a maximum of 4 wall outlets so that we can plug in all of our equipment.
What happens to my deposit if I have to re-schedule my event for another date? Will I have to pay another deposit all over again?
Your deposit is good for up to 6 months if your event is re-scheduled within the next 6 months from your original event date. However, please keep in mind that it will be dependent on if we will be available for your new event date and time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. You will receive an invoice via email to submit payment.
Do you do outdoor events?
We do but we highly recommend that you reserve an area indoors for the 360 photo booth and/or digital photo booth in case of inclement weather conditions. If you do insist on us being outside then you will be required to provide us with an area that is covered (ex: covered patio, tent, etc.) so that our equipment doesn't get damaged from potential rain, extreme Texas heat, wind and etc. However, it's always best to have a second option which would be indoors in case the weather is bad because we won't be able to operate the booth(s).

We only serve the greater Houston,TX area: Houston, Missouri City, Pearland, Bellaire, Pasadena, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Humble, Rosenberg, Sugarland, Stafford, Katy, Richmond, South Houston, Conroe, Willis, Galveston, Galena Park, Deer Park, West University Place, Manvel, Clear Lake, Webster, Arcola, Alvin, Fresno, Tomball, Harris County, Fort Bend County
What is your loading/unloading requirements for the 360 Photo Booth?
We require reasonable access for unloading and loading and suitable parking once everything has been unloaded. Absolutely NO STAIRS unless there is access to an elevator or ramp. Our 360 photo booth is extremely heavy for us to try to carry up and down stairs.
What are the size dimensions for your 360 Enclosure?
Our 360 Enclosure is approximately 10ft. tall and 15ft. wide and it comes with LED lights. Our enclosure can only be rented for INDOOR events only. Please make sure that you have enough space with very high ceilings.
